M.A.D. ™ Law Outlines
M.A.D. ™ law outlines are made for law school exam writing memorization
M.A.D™ law outlines were only available digitally in the Rom law ™ product from 2007-2012. But now, 2013, they have actually brought them back in printed form as well. They always had them in printed form but only sold them to a subset of regular customers who purchased certain 1L first year sets. These law outlines were made for memorization and learning the application of the law.
M.A.D™ law outlines have all the law school exam writing definitions listed with each element defined. The have helpful acronyms to aid in memorization. Many of the new versions have complete exam writing sections. All of the M.A.D™ law outlines have banks of application questions and answers to assist you in learning the application of the law.
All of the content of these law outlines are available as part of the base Rom Law ™. If you want to impress the prof, get an Emanuel. If you want to get an A get a M.A.D. ™ law outline.
M.A.D.™ law outlines are not for learning the law. They are for memorization. Many students do not like M.A.D. ™ law outlines because they feel they are too basic and they seek something to assist in their learning of the law. For those who like them we hear over and over again that they have exactly what you need to know to get an A.
For first year students M.A.D. ™ law outlines have titles for torts, contracts, criminal law, civil procedure, constitutional law and real property.
